Agreement to Terms
By hiring EcoPros Cupertino Landscaping for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide professional landscaping services to residential and commercial properties in Cupertino, CA and surrounding areas. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we need from you.
Services We Provide
We offer a full range of landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
Scheduling and Appointments
We schedule services Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Weather conditions may require us to reschedule certain services. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are provided in writing through quotes or service agreements. Prices include labor and materials unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment terms will be specified in your agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear access to the work areas and to secure any pets during our service visits. Please mark any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or hidden hazards before we begin work. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals for your project.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 7 days and we will make it right. For plant installations, we offer a 30-day guarantee against plant failure due to our workmanship, provided you follow our care instructions.
Limitation of Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. However, we are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, existing damage to hardscapes or structures, or plant failure due to improper care, extreme weather, or factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For existing service contracts, we will notify you of any material changes that affect your agreement.
